Contents in 1 tablet: magnesium (from magnesium lactate) – 50 mg, vitamin B6 – 1.5 mg.
Ingredients: magnesium lactate (China) (81.8%), filler microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, fillers: calcium stearate, carboxymethyl cellulose; vitamin B6 (China) (0.25%).
Method of use and recommended daily dose: children aged 10 to 12 years should take 1 tablet 2 times a day. Adults and children from 12 years — 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day during meals. Swallow the tablet whole, drinking a sufficient amount of liquid. Maximum daily dose — 5 tablets. Duration of use — 2-3 weeks. The further period of use is agreed with the doctor.
Recommendations for consumption: can be used as an additional source of magnesium for in the presence of signs of deficiency of this mineral (irritability, nervousness, palpitations, etc.), as well as in any conditions accompanied by a lack of magnesium. Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental activity. A doctor's consultation is recommended before use.
