The Вehealth company delivers goods throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories and territories where active hostilities are taking place.
Applications made before 15:00 are sent the same day, applications made after 15:00 are sent the next day.
Applications made on a weekend are sent on the first working day.
Terms of delivery to New Post offices
Delivery time: 1-3 days.
The period of free storage is 6 working days. If you do not receive the order within this time, the product is automatically returned to the sender.
It is not possible to refuse part of the order.
After sending the order, you will receive an SMS message with the number of the express invoice.
Orders over UAH 1,000 - delivery is FREE.
Orders less than UAH 1,000 - delivery according to the carrier's tariffs.
Payment of the delivery cost is made at the branch upon receipt of the goods.
Terms of delivery to Ukrposhta branches
Delivery time: 2-5 working days.
The storage period is 6 working days. If you do not receive the order within this time, the product is automatically returned to the sender.
Orders over UAH 1,000 - delivery is FREE.
Orders for less than UAH 1,000 - delivery according to the carrier's tariffs.
It is not possible to refuse part of the order.

Payment
You can pay for the order by card - online, prepayment or upon receipt at the carrier's office (only for shipments by Nova Poshta).
To pay by card when placing an order, select the payment method online payment by bank card. Next, you will be taken to the page of the secure payment system, where you can confirm the payment.
You can also pay for your order by card or cash when you pick it up at a Nova Poshta branch. Pay attention! An additional carrier fee is charged for translation services.
Orders are sent by the carrier "Ukrposhta" only upon prepayment.
Please note: when paying for an order with a foreign bank card, the payment system may limit the number of payments and the maximum payment amount. Currently, this is one payment per day for an amount not exceeding UAH 10,000.
