The functional properties of the dietary supplement "Cyclofit" are due to the plant components that are part of it and have anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, hormone-regulating and anti-proliferative effects.
The pharmacological effect of "Cyclophyt" is provided by the presence of a group of flavonoids obtained from a blend of plant extracts: the fruits of the common barberry, the roots of the Chinese pipe, the roots of the six-petalled labaznik, the roots of fresh curly parsley, the roots of fresh fragrant celery, the grass of the true marigold, and the flowers of the medicinal marigold. Flavonoids of this group are plant biologically active substances recognized as hormone-like polyphenols due to their similarity to endogenous sex hormones, namely 17β-estradiol and testosterone, while they do not exhibit harmful estrogenic properties in various tissues. The mechanism of action of this group of flavonoids consists in a competitive interaction with estrogen or androgen receptors in the presence of an excess of endogenous estrogens or androgens, in addition, they inhibit the activity of aromatase - the main enzyme that converts male sex hormones into female ones.
"Cyclofit" suppresses the effects of estrogens by binding to specific estrogen receptors and, as a result, contributes to the restoration of regularity and biphasic menstrual cycle, normalizes the ratio of estradiol and progesterone levels, ensures a decrease in the level of prolactin and, accordingly, an increase in the level of progesterone.
The herbal components of the product not only enhance the function of the intact part of the ovary, but also contribute to the softening of the cyst capsule in case of cystic lesions and active resorption of its contents, as well as the painless resorption of dense nodes in the mammary glands. Due to antiproliferative properties, as well as the ability to induce and enhance apoptosis, block the action of growth factors and inhibit angiogenesis, "Cyclofit" prevents the development of dysplastic processes in glandular tissue, stromal elements of mammary glands, ovaries and uterus.
The tool is used independently to normalize the menstrual cycle, including during premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea, and algodysmenorrhea. Can be prescribed to women with climacteric disorders. "Cyclofit" is also used in combination with other means, in women suffering from fibrocystic mastopathy, endometrial hyperplasia, uterine fibroids and polycystic ovaries, endometriosis.

It is considered a blood tonic and has been used by generations of women for health problems such as menstrual pain and regulation of the menstrual cycle. Due to the variety of constituents, Chinese pipe can be attributed several pharmacological actions. Such characteristics include anticoagulant and antiplatelet activity, as well as hematopoiesis, immune support, and uterine tonicity.

The six-petalled dogwood (Filipendula vulgaris) has antispasmodic and astringent effects, and has wound-healing, hemostatic, diaphoretic, and diuretic properties in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Due to the presence of salicylic glycoside, the plant is used as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever in the treatment of rheumatism, colds and gout, endometriosis, mastopathy, bleeding, and postpartum complications.

Curly parsley (garden) (Petroselinum crispum). Parsley leaves contain carotene, luteolin, apigenin and ascorbic acid. Due to the diuretic and antispasmodic properties inherent in parsley, it is used as a strong diuretic and diaphoretic agent for urolithiasis, other diseases of the genitourinary organs, and edema of cardiac origin.

Celery (Apium graveolens) is used as an antispasmodic, diuretic, sedative and stimulant. Celery is known as a urinary antiseptic. It shows antifungal activity against bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus album, Shigella dysenteries, Salmonella typhi. It is especially effective for dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea.

In gynecological practice, they are prescribed with cervical erosion, trichomonad colpitis. It is also successfully used for amenorrhea and oligomenorrhea as menstrual cycle regulators.
