Composition: 1 capsule contains: active ingredients:

• dry extract of the corydalis tuber (Corydalis yanhusuo) - 25 mg (mg),​​​ /
• dry extract of morning glory nil seeds (Pharbitis nil choisy) - 5 mg (mg);
• excipients: filler: maltodextrin; capsule shell: gelatin, dye: titanium dioxide.

The functional properties of the dietary supplement "Pantofitoltm" are determined by the components included in its composition.

The complex of extracts of the tuber of the sorghum tuber (Corydalis yanhusuo) and the seeds of morning glory (Pharbitis nil choisy) is a mixture of plant extracts used in traditional Asian medicine. It is known that this complex of extracts improves the general and individual symptoms characteristic of patients with functional dyspepsia and increases the quality of life.

The effectiveness of monotherapy of the complex of extracts was compared with pantoprazole, as well as with the combination of this complex and pantoprazole in patients with functional dyspepsia.

Thus, according to the data of clinical studies, it was established that the overall symptomatic improvement was 60.5% in the group that used a complex of extracts of the tuber of horsetail (Corydalis yanhusuo) and the seeds of morning glory nil (Pharbitis nil choisy), 65.6% in the pantoprazole group, 63 .5% in the group of the complex of extracts of the corydalis tuber (Corydalis yanhusuo) and the seeds of morning glory (Pharbitis nil choisy) + pantoprazole on a 5-Likert scale for the 4th week, and there was no significant difference between these 3 groups (P = 0.685 ). Symptom improvement, as measured by a binary outcome, was significantly achieved in each of the 3 groups but did not differ between groups. Patients in all groups reported significant improvement and reduction in symptoms according to subtypes of functional dyspepsia and dyspepsia-related quality of life (P < 0.001), but there were no significant differences between the 3 groups.

Recommendations for use: as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of biologically active substances that have a beneficial effect on the functional state of the digestive system in order to normalize the functions of the gastrointestinal tract (secretory, motor) in conditions of emotional overload, during changes in the diet and/or or an unbalanced daily diet.

Method of use and recommended daily dose: Adults take 1 capsule 3 times a day 20-30 minutes before meals.

A doctor's consultation is recommended before use.
Term of use: 4 weeks. Further use and the possibility of a repeat course are recommended to be agreed with the doctor.

Precautions for use: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Contraindications for use: pregnancy and lactation, increased individual sensitivity to any of the components.

Storage conditions: store in the original packaging at a temperature not higher than 25 °C in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
