Functional properties of the dietary supplement Libera Forte™ are determined by the physiological activity of the biologically active substances contained in its plant-based active ingredients – the extract of the stem and leaves of roundhead lespedeza (Lespedeza capitata) and the extract of artichoke leaves (Cynara scolymus).
The extract of the stem and leaves of roundhead lespedeza (Lespedeza capitata) contains flavonoids, including flavonols (rutin), flavones, catechins, and other biologically active substances.
The complex of biologically active substances from the stem and leaves of roundhead lespedeza can increase diuresis, reduce azotemia, enhance sodium excretion (and to a lesser extent potassium), and promote kidney filtration and the removal of nitrogenous waste products with urine.
The extract of artichoke leaves (Cynara scolymus) contains cynarin, cynaropicrin, chlorogenic acid, ascorbic acid, carotene, B vitamins, and inulin, and may exhibit choleretic, hepatoprotective, and diuretic effects. Studies show that the artichoke leaf extract may also have nephroprotective and antioxidant actions, which could be beneficial for patients with renal insufficiency. The extract of artichoke leaves is used to reduce azotemia and the uremic load on the kidneys. It can also improve the lipid profile in patients with chronic kidney disease.
Recommendations for use: As recommended by a doctor, use as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of biologically active substances (flavonoids, including flavonols such as rutin; flavones, catechins, as well as cynarin and cynaropicrin) to support the functional health of the kidneys.

Usage instructions and recommended daily dose: For adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day. For children aged 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, regardless of meals, with a small amount of drinking water.
