Composition: 1 capsule contains: Active ingredients: A blend of plant extracts from tufted hairgrass (Deschampsia caespitosa), bushgrass (Calamagrostis epigeios), and purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) – 116.4 mg; Excipients: Maltodextrin; Capsule shell: Gelatin, colorant: Titanium dioxide.

Functional properties: The functional properties of the Feminoside™ dietary supplement are due to the physiological activity of the biologically active substances in its plant-derived active ingredients.
The extract of tufted hairgrass (Deschampsia caespitosa) contains flavonoids, organic acids, vitamins, and higher fatty acids. Polysaccharides from the grass family, including tufted hairgrass, have immunostimulant and antioxidant effects.
The extract of bushgrass (Calamagrostis epigeios) contains nitrogen-containing compounds, carbohydrates, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, hydroxycinnamic acids, terpene acids, and others. These substances exhibit diuretic, antiseptic, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory effects.
The extract of purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) contains a variety of biologically active compounds, such as phenolic acids, flavonoids, and polyacetylenes, which have immunostimulatory properties. The presence of flavonoids provides antioxidant effects and enhances the body's defense mechanisms.

Usage recommendations: As part of a diet, as an additional source of biologically active substances to support the normal functioning of the immune system.
Not a medicinal product.

Dosage and administration: Adults and children aged 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule once a day before meals.
Consultation with a healthcare professional is recommended prior to use.

Duration of use: From 2 weeks. Further use and the possibility of repeating the course should be coordinated with a doctor.
Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a full diet.

Contraindications: Children under 12 years old, hypersensitivity to any of the components, stomach or duodenal ulcers.
